Two days into the work week and who’s already feeling like this?👆If this is you, ask yourself whether you’re thriving or just surviving… because if it’s the latter, it’s not sustainable!

Grab a pen/paper or whip out your notes app and jot down 3 unhealthy habits that could contributing to this feeling. Do you bring your work home, eat lunch at your desk or check your work emails on your phone before you even get out of bed? Write it down and challenge yourself to stop just ONE of those things this week and work on developing this into a new habit. Next week, try to eliminate another!
